Midlands metalheads,Robin 2 and Tinsletown
Well next up on the crazy year of Rock n Roll was a gig by me and Laura (my wife) at St Chads chirch, where we got married, we did an acoustic set for them, playing a few of our own (jupiter tears, stanyerland, human smile) and some covers namely Bucketheads All in the waiting, it was a great gig and although it rained at one point we had a great captive audience. Next up came the Robin 2 in Bilston a gig which went well, we went in played our set and went back home, it was great though because two of our fans, Laura and Charlotte came with hand made signs which read Naked Sunday, the time and effort spent was most appreciated, We have since started the recording progress of Tinsletown Tonight, our next Charity Christmas single for SHINE who were formely known as ASBAH (association of spinabifida and hyrdacephalus) this will hopefully raise them more money yet again..... not forgetting Tinsletown Ted whom is our Mascot he was made by my mum and the reason we chose SHINE is my sister I had called Elizabeth Stanyer. Following all this Tinsletown Ted made his first radio appearance on Midlands Metalheads radio where we did an interview and they played 3 of our tunes, Rockadoodle doo, The Beat and Stanyerland, I think Dan may have had a few beers ha ha next time I write here Tinsletown should be done :)

the tour so far
After last years radical success of Rockin in your Stockin, Naked Sunday decided to hit the road, we have played everywhere around the country diced with death twice, and managed to hold down day jobs, get married, party, and rock out. Our first show of the year was at The Grapes in Stafford, a full house and out with a bang, numerous times this year we have played there, we then proceeded to Moorlands Radio where we nearly drove off the edge of a slope onto a carpark, moving onto the beautiful scenerey of Northampton we played the Roadmender which has seen the likes of Glenn Hughes, moving swiftly on we rocked the Middle of Nowhere festival just after me and Laura got married, we then went back to Moorlands again, before playing at The Robin 2 in Bilston with the Bon Jovi experience, next up came Birmingham at The Roadhouse where driving down a wrong turn which happened to be a one way streeet coulld have killed us again, still we are alive to tell the tales and with shows at The Giffard Arms tonight and The Prince of Wales tommorow before returning to The Robin 2 in December with Molly Hatchet I will be sure to keep you posted with the antics that come from Dan Teg Martin and Laura, as long as were blogging youll know were alaive......check more at www.myspace.com/nakedsonday
